Mr. Roth represents a variety of clients, from individuals to large corporations, in business litigation, real estate litigation, employment law, personal injury, and wage and hour class actions.
Mr. Roth started at Baute Crochetiere & Hartley in 2016. In his time here, Mr. Roth has obtained a six-figure settlement for a plaintiff who was assaulted at a concert. He has also second chaired multiple trials.
Mr. Roth graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude, and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of California Santa Barbara with honors. While in law school, Mr. Roth was a teacher’s assistant in the legal writing and research department and clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience.
