Mr. Roth represents a variety of clients, from individuals to large corporations, in business litigation, real estate litigation, employment law, personal injury, and wage and hour class actions.
Mr. Roth started at Baute Crochetiere Hartley & Velkei in 2016. In his time here, Mr. Roth has obtained a six-figure settlement for a plaintiff who was assaulted at a concert. He has also second chaired multiple trials.
Mr. Roth graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude, and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of California Santa Barbara with honors. While in law school, Mr. Roth was a teacher’s assistant in the legal writing and research department and clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience.
