Ms. Lukeman’s practice is concentrated in the areas of products liability litigation, regulatory advising, and insurance coverage litigation. She provides focused and experienced legal guidance to her clients who range from multi-national corporations to startups.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lukeman served as in-house counsel in the renewable energy sector in Silicon Valley supporting the manufacturing and regulation of solar systems and battery storage. Prior to her time in Silicon Valley, Ms. Lukeman was a partner in the New York City office of the national law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP where she was a member of its products and complex litigation teams.

Ms. Lukeman currently serves as a Special Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law where she teaches classes in products liability and torts.  In addition, she is a frequent lecturer to practicing attorneys and has authored numerous articles.  She is the co-author of the book, Consumer Products Liability, Ensuring Compliance, Avoiding Missteps and Reducing Exposure, published by Thomson Reuters.
