Delilah N. Do

Prior to joining Baute, Crochetiere & Hartley LLP, Ms. Do represented both private companies and public entities in a broad range of practice areas including products liability, toxic tort, government entity liability, general liability, employment, and professional liability.She is involved in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, including extensive law and motion practice, working with experts, attendance at court hearings and mediations, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and appellate work.

Ms. Do graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Los Angeles, with honors. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Rolf M. Treu of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and was a certified law clerk in the Major Crimes Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. She also participated in Loyola’s Scott Moot Court, the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court, and was a finalist in the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court.

Ms. Do is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District. She is conversationally fluent in Cantonese Chinese and Vietnamese.
