Our labor practice also includes the handling of routine grievances and formal arbitration hearings, as well as wage and hour advice and class action defense.

The firm’s labor work is almost exclusively on behalf of management, and only in rare instances does the firm handle a plaintiff's case in the area of labor and employment.
