Dean K. Unatin graduated from the UCLA School of Law, where he achieved Moot Court
Honors and was selected to work as a Teaching Assistant in the UCLA Law School Legal
Research and Writing Department. Mr. Unatin also served for two years as an editor
of UCLA's Journal of Law and Technology. During law school Mr. Unatin volunteered
at UCLA's Student Legal Services office, and as a judge for UCLA's undergraduate
Mock Trial competition. Prior to law school, Mr. Unatin graduated cum laude from
UCLA with degrees in History and Business Administration.
Mr. Unatin has experience with intellectual property rights, commercial litigation,
legal malpractice, maritime law, contract disputes, and securities law. He has worked on teams defending and prosecuting various phases of civil litigation, including copyright infringement and the sale of counterfeit goods. Mr. Unatin has worked
for a wide variety of clients ranging from disadvantaged individuals to Fortune 500 companies and well-established law firms.
